WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL LEAD TIME?

All Nevrotech neural probes are built to client specification. Delivery time may vary depending on the level of customization and order volume, however our typical lead time is 30 business days for all our neural probes.

DO YOU OFFER ANY BEST PRACTICES?

Our neural probes are not FDA approved, they are designed for pre-clinical research only.

We recommend for new customers to order smaller quantities, reading all instructions and having various parameters tested first ensure mutual satisfaction at scale.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER AND WHAT ARE YOUR PRICING TERMS?

Quotes for our neural probes may be requested through our Contact Us form at https://nevrotech.com/contact-us. Our prices are valid for 90 days following the date of quote, unless otherwise stated. Our shipping charges vary depending on the size of the order and destination. Shipping charges may be detailed in your quote too.

Urgent orders are subject to a 25% surcharge, and to a minimum fee of US$ 75.00. Express shipping also requires an additional fee. International delivery times vary depending on location. Nevrotech is responsible neither for any customs fees nor any taxes for international orders.

Please reference your quote number to your assigned customer success representative when placing an order for a neural probe. Payment instructions may follow in an email and to be satisfied via bank transfer or through PayPal.

For first-time customers, we may require a 50% pre-payment. Once the order is shipped, we expect the other 50% to be paid immediately.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please inspect your package carefully and report any damage within 7 days of receipt. Unused neural probes may be exchanged or returned if items and packaging are undamaged and in good condition. Exchange and returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date, subject to the permission of our customer service.  Exchange and returns may be requested through our Contact Us form at https://nevrotech.com/contact-us. 15% restocking fee may apply.

No credit or refunds will be issued for freight charges and custom-made products are non-returnable.

Note that we ship our Microwire Arrays with a minimum of 90% channels being functional. Guaranteeing 100% would require us to significantly increase our pricing, please let us know your functionality preference.
